Default Twisted control surfaces?

I have a 3metre scale Ash 26 glider I bought about 3 years ago and one of the ailerons was slightly twisted.

I have just got it out to set it up with my new TX to get it ready for it maiden flight after the tug is ready and the ailerons and flaps are all twisted.

I already sorted the original twisted surface by twisting it in the opposite direction and applying heat the leaving it to cool which did work but now they have all twisted out of shape.

The surfaces are molded epoxy glass and balsa.

Is there any other way that doesn't take major surgery to repair the twisted surfaces or will I just have to heat and twist them until they are straight and keep an eye on them?

Default RE: Twisted control surfaces?

I think that you have figured out what you need to do.......... heat and twist.
