forget them, look plastic suppliers like TAP plastics or interstate plastics etc, this is their daily product sales, but you also need to go to dow or corning whoever makes this product, they will have some info on what temp to use to mold this product, good luck

you can get it from Grainger also

a sheet or 2 of .020 is not alota volume to a plastic supplier.... they would want to sell you 100 to make it worth their while.

US Plastic will sell small quantities (1 or 2 sheets), but the last I remember, they were 24"x48" - you will have to cut them.

Their prices are quite reasonable and the shipping is quick.

Depending on what you plan on doing, you may want to consider PetG instead of Lexan (US Plastic calls their PetG Vivak). I vacuum form a lot of my own parts and I have found PetG easier to work with than Lexan - requires less heat and is not as brittle as Lexan.

Campy,

What thickness would you recommend for making cabin windows or canopies?
Thanks,
Steve

Edmoor,

Thanks for the info....I'll order some of both for my build of a Hyperbipe. The plans are on the way for the plane; and I plan on bumping it up somewhat to handle a DLE111 engine. Should be starting on it the first part of the year...need to be gathering up the supplies in the meantime.

Thanks again,
Steve
