Fiberglass Fuselage .....need help!
Hi
I have a 1/6 scale ESM model.
The tail section of the fuselage made out of fiber glass, is pretty thin and I would like to reinforce it.
What I was thinking is to lay some 1/4 " spar running the long way the inside of the tail section (since the outside has finish paint on it), and I would like to apply over it, to make a stiffer bond, some fiberglass cloth.
So my question is:
What thickness cloths do I need to use to cover the entire inside tail section ?
What adhesive should I use? Epoxy but I am afraid that becoming brittle will it come lose? Any suggestions?
Any other way you recommend, which is not too invasive, to tackle this project?
Thanks for all the help.

See the picture. That is a new fuselage reinforced with 1/4 oz carbon cloth and carbon tow. Epoxy resin was used. If carbon is not available then use one layer of 4-6 oz glass cloth.
