ACP AUTO-VAC System
Hi All,
I have recently just purchased the 230v ACP Auto-Vac System and was having a go at my first part. I was able to suck the bag down, and after a while the motor kicked in due to a drop in pressure however it was not at full power and looked like (via the gauge) that it wasn't driving the pump. I touched electric motor case and it was hot 75 o/C, so i turned it off ..... Any ideas on what I am doing wrong ? or do i have a fault. Thanks in advance, Adrian<br type="_moz" /> |
RE: ACP AUTO-VAC System
I would contact ACP directly and they should be able to help you solve the problem. Are you 50 Hz or 60Hz in your country?

RE: ACP AUTO-VAC System
Hi Sunnybreeze - we are 50Hz in Australia.

The 50HZ could be the problem. Again check with ACP directly.

RE: ACP AUTO-VAC System
Hi Sunnybreeze,
Yep 50Mhz is correct for the 230V version - thank you for highlighting it. Just an update to say that Ihave contacted ACP and their after sales service has been EXCELLENT!! Iappreciate good customer service (which is a rare thing) and have recieved it in spades from ACP. Still haven't resolved the problem, waiting for a part but 10/10 so far for the assitance provided. Cheers, Adrian |
