How old is that Rossi? they have been ABC for ever. Rossi and SuperTigre have site you can find by Googling but if that Rossi is very old there might be no spare available, same thing for the SuperTigre-15 which was discontinued a long time ago (SuperTigre are now build in China).

AFAIK, the old iron and steel Rossis and Tigres were strictly loop-scavenged oldies, possibly the interim Perry Ported. The Conquest was a modern Schneurle, although I can't recall that it was ABC back then. I have a couple stashed away, but not close to the computer in here.
Incidentally, is anyone else getting constant "Threat" warnings from this site? Avast doesn't think very highly of the place!

BTW i know of some russian/ukrainians that produced p/l 's for those engines, i've seen them selling at various competitions over Europe.Don't remember who's but you can try profi , kalmikov , mejzlik or ask Alberto Parra, who is in touch with some of them

is the Rossi 15 steel engine too old then i dont think you might get the parts of it. because the availability of this engine parts is too less.

We used to just chrome plate them when they wore out. They would go faster and sometimes restart better too on the old goodyears. I think the local guy just plated them and just kissed them with a lap. I don't know if he does this any more but it isn't too hard to do if you have the mindset that the piston/liner set is junk already and it could work. I think the plating was done with a car battery. If you have deep scratches you are out of luck though. Check the internet for plating ideas and equipment. A lap is just an adjustable split brass sleeve with an abrasive paste or powder to do the cutting. I never tried it myself yet.

I think most of them are steel but there may be a few ABC. As for timing I don't know. I don't have any known timing to compare them to. I do have on new ST .15 diesel and they are not diesel. I do know how to fit a piston and cylinder. Most of them do seem to be tapered as they are a tight fit at TDC. You would just have to take a chance. I don't know if they are new or used. I got them when I purchased 176 speed engines from a well known speed flier. There were about 40 Rossi 15's and they are long gone.
