Goldberg Stuntman 23
Hi All,
I am wanting to find the plans or an old kit to a Goldberg 1/2A Stuntman 23 to buildup for my son for a Christmas surprise. He had one when he was a kid, and I have just manages to get him back in modeling after 30 years, and he mentioned that he would like to have one. Anyone know where I can either get a copy of the plans or buy an old kit?
Thanks!

RE: Goldberg Stuntman 23
I went there first, but even though there is a vague mention of the Stuntman, I can't find any plans, unless I missed something. There was a mention of something beneath another model, but I did not find it. Did I miss something? The one mentioned looks similar, but not exactly like the Stuntman. Help me on this??

Here's a link to the Stunt Chimp plans:
http://www.aeromaniacs.com/Freeplans.htm
While you are there, check out the rest of the site as well as the other plans.

Edit: Forgot to mention, there is no pic for that plane. It is the last one under "Stunters", just above the indoor gliders.

Brodak has bought the rights to all of the Goldberg control line kits. You could try contacting them as I do not see it in their list.

Thanks again for your response. I finally found the aforementioned link last night at home for the Stunt Chimp, and it is really close to the Stuntman 23. My browser at work was hiding the hyperlink so I could not see it. I got the plans and it should do nicely.
Thanks again for everyone's response. Best wishes to everyone this holiday season!

RE: Goldberg Stuntman 23
The Goldberg Stuntman 23 was the first plane I sucessfully solo'd. I had a cox golden bee 049 on it. It was a really good flying plane becuase of its very large wing compared to just about everything out there. It did nice loops, flew inverted well. Had I known it I'm pretty shure it would fly a full pattern on the right length lines. Scientific also had a hollow log stuntman 23 but it was no where near the flyer the large wing Goldberg model was.

In a few weeks I should have the plans and tracings for this kit. the CG Stuntman 23. I would not build the Stunt Chimp just because I could not locate the Stuntman 23. I know this post is 7 years old, but I am offering to provide it for you when I get it. I am 61 and I built this kit when I was 14 or so. I prefer the L'Il Jumpin Bean nowdays though.
Email me at [email protected] if I can help.
