Large stunt plane , no use for it help .
Some years ago I bought this in Clearwater at house of Hobbies and have yet to do anything with it and I have no room for it . It bears the names of Windy Urtnowski , Bill Rich , Valrico , FL , and Big Jim Greenaway . I am familiar with Windy and BigJim from the old flying models articles . It has a Merco 61 in it . It has had the vertical stabilizer knocked of but I have it for repair . Can someone tell me what I have here ? Thanks . It is for sale .

Looks like a nice old stunter. Could probably get it going again with little effort. A recovering job would be needed but would take away from the "patina" I would not know what it is worth or anything, but would use it for practise. Not sure if it quaiifies under "Old Time Stunt" rules. It doesn't look quite that old.

That is Bill Rich's Scorpio-looking model (aesthetic fashioned after Bill Simon's design), with Big Jim foam wing. Probably built for an ST V60.
Bill flew a lot, so I'm sure it has a lot of flights on it. It was built in the mid-80's.

He used to live in the Tampa area. Post on Stunthanger.com and you can connect with Stunt guys that will know. I haven't spoken to him in a long time. I'm west coast.
