Default Sepulveda Basin Ukie

Hi fellas,

I was filming r/c jets at Sepulveda when I heard this ukie going. So I filmed it. Have no other info on the plane or pilot.

Hope you enjoy it:

The stunts were breathtaking.

I have sleep apnea, so while I was nodding off, I couldn't breath.

Nice filming and editing.

What I could see looked good. Could have been larger, but, I am a computor illiterate. Need more people flying Control Line. Nothing like the feel of power at the end of the lines. DOC Holliday

Kmot thank you very much for the vidio. I enjoyed that tremendously. It was always such a joy to be able to come back to the basin a couple of years back for the pylon events and be able to do a little Ukie at lunch time. Travel is getting much harder now so Ukie is more difficult without those wonderful circles you all enjoy.

Thanks John

John, you are welcome!

Doc, I had to shrink the video so that RC Pics would accept it as an upload. The original footage is way larger. You can always click the expander in your viewer to go full screen, albeit at the loss of some quality.

It's difficult to film control line things, the circle is so big relative to the plane.. Once I get a plane going I may try taping the camera to my arm or something while i fly and see what develops.. ha.

Bob Reeves of Oklahoma had a CD-ROM of a video tape taken from the wing of a CL Stunt ship in flight available for awhile. He used a small camera that sent a signal to his tape machine. It was a spectacular view, one that the pilot doesn't usually get unless he builds verrrrrrrrrrrrry large planes.
