New project - Oriental
I am just about to embark on a project for the new year - building an Oriental.
I have the plans and I will scratch build. Although the designer (Dee Rice) recommended a Fox .35, I plan to use an OS Max-H .40 with a rich mixture and a 11-6 prop to slow it down a little. Any comments on this would be appreciated.
This is my first plane with an inverted engine and I have never started an engine 'inverted'. Will it start inverted?
TIA

RE: New project - Oriental
Dear Shobosh,...
I am interested in your Oriental project!! I received a Profile Oriental kit for Christmas; therefore I'd like to hear more about the progress on your Oriental. I realize you are building the full fuselage version, but just the same I'd like to "keep tabs" on your project as well.
Keep in touch.
Sincerely,
