I recently crashed my Tiger 60 and I need a canopy for it... A new one costs $30 somthing and then there is $20 somthing shipping plus tax and broker fees etc etc. I might as well buy a new kit almost or come up with a new idea...If I cant find a used canopy I was thinking maybe an open cockpit might work..Anybody have either a canopy they would sell me or an idea how to fix this....I am leaning towards the open cockpit idea somthing like the Saratoga has...Any thoughts on that..Do you think it would have much affect on drag? Thanks for any input

2L plastic Coke bottles. Warmed with a heat gun the plastic is shapable. Take the busted old canopy, tape it into shape, fill it with concrete or plaster to make a mold.

I maidened mine without the canopy installed and could not tell any differance.

my canopy is broken also so think ill go for the open cock pit i think it will look better iam not paying 30.00 for a canopy plus shipping good luck with yours allen
