Sorry about your plane but that was a really good video of the wing buckleing.

Sorry about the plane. It looked to be flying real well. Did you figure out what happened? Look at it this way, now you have a chance to get some experience rebuilding !! Good Luck !!

Hi builttocrash
I try to learn something from every crash. Did you find out what happened?

Yeah,I found the cause. Iwas the first one with this kit in the USA. FlyFly failed to put any support in the wing. The wing had a joint right where it failed. Being EPO foam, epoxy doesn't hold well on a flexing joint. After I showed the video the vendor, he contacted FlyFly and they updated the manual and started including support rods for the wing in all the future kits. They were nice and sent me a brand new kit. I never thought about adding it myself because I figured that this plane was designed by a company, so therefore this should never have had happened in the first place. Lesson learned. From that point on, I've made it a habit now to add support in any airplane that I think might be a failure point.

Oh, and someone here said, that this would be good experience for rebuilding? LOL. Not even close. There wasn't anything left of the front half of the plane. No chance of rebuilding this one.
