Lanier Stinger II Wing Joiner Tube

Had an accident and bent the wing joiner tube. Been having a very tough time trying to find a replacement; Tower has it on back-order until late December. Wondering:
1. Alternate sources
2. Anyone have the dimensions of the tube?
