Searching for a wing for the Hangar 9 P51 Mustang ARF. The 1.50 ARF. The gear has been ripped out of her so many times, it's not worth repairing (again....) the ARF has been discontinued for a while, so I thought I'd post this, maybe I can get pointed in the right direction. thanks! (and yes, I did strip her and refinish!)

Hay Fili

Don't know if you are a builder, So

If you don't get a response for new wings you might look for other damaged one's or use the one's you have, and carefully disassemble them to be used for part patterns and just make a new wing panels, it would be and easy winter project, and of coarse in the area of damage add a LITTLE beef.

I have found that when flying from grass the gear area needs to be a bit stronger.

Well, I already started the rebuild, the spar is loose, but not broke, so I have to get DEEP into her...

It would be great if we had traced the templates from all known kits and arfs, and you could just search and find the parts.. ready to be cut out and built .. Some planes you don't want to give up on.

Hay Foodstick

There are plan services with a lot of our plans for the traditional builds, but the arfs were done in cad and are on in the Chinese memory unit weather it be tapes disk or hard drives, and if there was a way to contact the people that have them they could be printed.
But trying to find them would be a problem.

Just my thoughts

PS, HAPPY NEW YEAR
Cheers Bob T
