Well this week end was warn and no wind in North Dakota and I went out with my super hots.I had about three and a half perfect flights and then the experation date came due on my hots.The metal pin on the elevator clevis broke doing a snap role and at a 150 feet straight done to the ground. when the plane hit the ground and bounced and then we herd it hit as the plane exploded the second time.The plane is totaled the plane ,broke the manafold on the st 90 ,and 1 servo gone.the only part that could be used agin is the rudder.

it exploded? do you mean an explosion of balsa or your plane ignited?

HI Pete,

I was flyin' in Valley City, too. Hope to do some more over xmas if the weather stays nice. Almost got a new SPAD3D done...need to scratch up some skis, though.

[]well all the wood exploded and the plane is toast altho i am in mn. rigth now at my parents place in the counrty and i will be flying alday tomarrow.

i thought you meant it ignited and ma a REAL explosion. while it wouldn't have been good for you, it would have been quite a spectacle.
