Flair EDGE 540T - mid air - splat
well.... today my edge 540 hit the ground for the last time. did a split-s straight through a ripmax f4 phantom.
this didn't do too much damage... just took one wing clean off... it was the spiralling into the ground at high speed that finished it off.
so now i'm in the market for another plane to put my moki 1.35 in.... i'm seriously considering just buying another exactly the same... because i quite liked it... has anyone any other suggestions?
as for the engine... that's off for a service... the casting was smashed when the carburettor was forced out. luckily for me, it's not part of the crankcase on the moki.... any of my other engines and it'd have been a lot more expensive.
