Default Mad Max wing folded with bad results!

No photos. My friend was flying his new Wattage Mad Max across the road from my house yesterday. Thunderpower 3 cell 2100 with HiMax brushless. I was flying my TM400. Winds were around 15 mph and at 100 ft they were approximately 30mph. Down wind speeds were very fast to say the least. I happened to watch him pass around behind me at a high rate of speed (guessing in excess of 60 mph) in a shallow decent. It looked like he pulled back on the stick and BAM the wing folded. The airframe went straight down on my neighbors cement pad behind his hanger. The battery, gearbox, airframe and himax were blasted to bits. Luckly the neighbors full size Mooney and RV-4 were not on the apron at the time. I think my friend now understands how important it is to NOT fly over a house under any circumstance.
