Default Never say never

I was reading an article few months back and it was talking about making sure your servo screws are accounted for and tight. I though that will never happen to me! Well last Sunday I'm at the local flying sight and noticed i could make some adjustments to the elevator, removed the screw took off the arm and spun it a couple of times and wala fixed lets fly! Little did i know that i forgot to put the screw back on . i flew three great flights with my top flight contender and on the fourth in the middle of a cuban 8 the servo arm came off! the plane was inverted and coming straight for me ! The best i could do was miss me and the pavement but it still was a total loss... Never say never and check everything, its always the persons fault not the planes!!
