I have pictures now of the two things that really survived the crash everything else I trashed at the field. The muffler kind of ripped off of the engine and shattered.

Well Tony, you did it. You have proven me wrong and I have to say, I've never been hapier to be wrong. I have just one more question for you. Do you want me to mail you a check or can I simply have a new Funstar 3D shipped to you? It's entirely up to you but I would recommend the shipped to you idea as it will save time as well as shipping costs for you. Either way I will need your address so PM me. I'm glad we could come together to help get you back in the air after your misfortune but that's what it's all about in this hobby. I will also expect pictures of the new one so keep us posted.

No I don't. I just want to get and keep as many people as possible involved in this great hobby. Especially young talented pilots. I have seen too many people give up on the hobby after having a situation like Tonys and I think that it would be a shame to loose another one. Especially if there is something I can do to help. Aeromodeling isn't just a hobby, for me it's an obsession and probably boardering on a disease. I enjoy seeing people both young and old at our field enjoying the outdoors and interacting. Sure beats the heck out of being couped up in a house watching T.V. or playing video games. Don't you think?

O.K. Tony,

Should ship out on Tuesday directly to you. You should be able to verify it with your Tower Hobbies account. When I put in your shipping address it placed the order under your ID. They estimated delivery on the 8th or the 10th but they are usually ahead of their estimates. Have fun and keep us posted.

Tony

You said you wanted a basic electric trainer right? Just kidding. It's the Funstar 3D 46 ARF. I hope that you will enjoy it and have many fun and safe flights with it. Keep in mind that being given a second chance by total strangers is a rare occurance so be sure to pull out your antenna and check the control surfaces before take-off. Have fun buddy.

I just wanted you guys to know that another GREAT member of our newly formed "GOOD PEOPLE, DOING GOOD DEEDS, FOR DESERVING YOUNG PILOTS" club..........has stepped up, and is buying Tony a Brand New Futaba flight pack!!! Tony's receiver and a few servos were toasted in the collision......so now he will have a TOTALLY BRAND NEW BIRD!!!!

I won't disclose the new benefactor's name without his permission.........But I can say that you guys have made me proud to say that I fly RC!!!!

"I love it when a plan comes together"! Now, if the Hobby industry would support this type of ethic, rather than the "Make A Buck" ethic, I would be impressed. Thanks for all your support gentlemen. Tony, may you have a prosperous and safe New Year!
