4*40 gets kilt
This is what happens when you call "dead stick", but someone decides to do a high-speed low fly-by anyway...
He cut right through me just as I banked onto final. I don't lay blaem, but there's a reason for calling "dead stick", and two of us called it out!!

I'd lay blame. An aircraft in distress should always get the priority. Because this guy didn't care about others around him, your plane is now in bad shape.

I can fix that........ I would lay blame on that one to. The other guy definately should have given you room to land on a deadstick landing. In the club around here, a deadstick landing or any airplane in distress has priority over others.

At our club, anyone landing (dead-stick or otherwise) has priority over other aircraft. As soon as someone calls 'landing', or 'dead-stick', *everyone* gets out of the way.....it's common courtesy.
I'm with everyone else here on this one.....the other guy is at fault.
