Ya ever wondered where baby airplanes come from?
Rotors and Wings RCC, our indoor club in Smyrna, TN, found out tonight.
I'll leave names out of this to protect the guilty, but the story goes something like this:
S is flying a foamy Yak. M is flying a Parkzone Ember. The shots below are the results of their midair:
Yes, the Yak flew for several minutes with that thing in its flying wires. Its pilot said other than needing a bit more rudder than usual, it flew fine. The Ember returned to the air immediately upon extraction...no harm to either aircraft.
The couple have announced the impending arrival of a litter of Airhogs any day now.
