that pilot wasnt landing, he was doing a hi speed pass and dumbthumbed it

Now I understand all the extra rules and wavers. What if the "DUMBTHUMB" had turned it hard right! Sorry about the loss!

if you saw the full clip, you would have seen he was doing a hi speed knife edge pass, his 3rd pass that flight

yeah, seems a little fast for landing. but still the look/reaction on the pilot is telling.

qldviking ( of curse he wasnt doing a landing im not stupid.....) i just pick this headline bescuase is cool how he crash in the runway....![>:]

I saw the full video of it, in the slow-mo replay, you can actually see the turbine impact and bounce up to about 20 feet high and off camera, as the rest of the composite fuselage expoldes in a mushroom cloud of scrapnel.
