Trashed the Mayhem 40
Well, I was flying half a mistake high and made a mistake! Stripped the gears on one servo, but all the other electronics and the engine are fine. Was trying low rolling harriers in a fairly decent wind when it stalled. I think this one's trash, after several hundred flights I was gitting kind of tired of it anyway.

Everything is fixable, it just depends on how much it means to you and is it cheaper to buy the parts or a new one VS repairing it. Sometimes you can't buy the plane or parts anymore so you have only 2 options at that point, move on or fix it. I'm not into 3D, I bought a heli to hover but I do admire the skill required to do most 3D manuvers. I would say fix the wing and buy another fuslage if it's cheap enough. But a kit seems to be only a little more than the individuial parts. Your call

Sorry for your loss Squeaky, I had heard some people use skii's all the time. Did you fly off grass or asphalt ? or was the picture taken elsewhere[sm=shades_smile.gif]

The picture was taken at my house after the crash. I live in a ski town that gets tons of snow so in the winter we pack the field and fly off skis. Unfortunatly this time the snow wasn't very soft!
