Default Ready to fly again

My first and last ARF. I'm mostly a scritch and kit builder.... but bought this ARF from a friend for little money. Looked nice out of the box... but what a peice of junk. I had a hard landing... and look what happened. The thing was made of such junk wood and mostly hot glued together. Couldn't even peice together broken peices to make new ones. Had to guess at most of them. Not to "toot" my own horn... but thought it came together pretty nicely. Bet it won't fall apart on my next hard landing.

I know I am upside down on this ...but it would be cool if the arf makers sold their birds in kit form, and at a price that was way lower than the built arfs...Many of them would benefit from being beefed a tad, and glued a smidge more theres two words you seldom see in a sentence !

Oh yeah, nice rebuild ! I have had the landing gear tuck under with a minor incident myself. Thankfully you don't hear about motors and firewalls leaving the plane in the pits like you once did...
