SC900 HD Digital Video Camcorder with TF&SD Card Slots (Black) is really cheap and fit according to your demand.  Go here and have a look hope so this will really help you.

I learned a long time ago that it is better to get a very good camera used than to get a cheap new camera. Same is true with cars, by the way. In your price range I would consider a used Panasonic Lumix camera with a superzoom. I think the model name starts with F. They have Leica lenses (which are very good), have lots of features and are easy to operate. I am sure others will have a different opinion, but in my 40 years of owning a photo studio I have learned to stay away from Sony, Fuji, etc. Be sure to check the reviews on the camera before you buy it. And, I always suggest you get a camera with a viewfinder rather than a display screen for composing shots. It is easier to use in bright daylight and at night. f you choose to not have a viewfinder the Panasonic LZ models are affordable. I think new you can find them for $225. Much less if used. Good luck! It is important when starting out to get more camera than you need rather than less.

You need a camera where you can do custom white balance.

I just purchased a Canon A630 for a little over 200 as a mothers day present. The camera gets here on Monday.
