Default Sport Jett 46

Bob - I have an 8 year old Sport Jett 46. On two recent flights, the carb has come loose and detached from the engine in the air. I have tightened the carb hold bolt very tight both times. This has never happened before. There is now a small gouge on the side of the carb.

Do I need to replace the carb locking bolt? Maybe use Locktite?

Thanks

Dave

Might need a replacement draw bar...

Rare it comes out, unless there is a vibration too.

If its damaged, no locktite...!! worth replaceing the housing. not expensive.
