Default Target RPM range for 6.5cc (40-60L) in cowl muffler

Anyone know the target RPM range for the Turbo Jett in cowl muffler 6.5CC (40-60L size). Using it on a .55ax. If memory serves me right 14,500 rings a bell...

Thanks!

hey there... sorry for the LONG delay on this... I had not been getting any notifications on the forum here.

Yes, somewhere around 14,000 to 15,500 is good for the turbojett as a peak rpm. Usually you can prop a bit more too and set the launch rpm down around 13,500. On my P-51 with Sport Jett .46 and turbo-jett I run a 12x4 prop -- this peaks just around 14,000, and I launch down closer to 13,000. Unloads in flight nicely. Most people think I have a .61 or .91 in the plane.
