Default Remote Needle Valve hookup?

looks like since the needle does the metering, it shouldn't make any difference on which fuel nipple connects to the carb, but thought i would ask.

all pictures i've seen have the fuel feed from the RMA to Carb coming off the center nipple.....................my application would be less hassle if the nipple opposite of the needle connected to the carb....................which is it?

i'm sure Bob is busy or he'd have answered this, but i went ahead and emailed Dub with this question.
if anyone else was looking at this thread and wondering too, the answer is "no it does not" make any difference which nipple feeds the Carb.
makes sense too as the needle is metering the flow so either direction is going to be the same.
like so many other things performance related, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Yes, sorry for the delay in my reply......

Sometimes this job hunting thing has my head down and i forget to look up

You can use either as an entry or exit point. I prefer to feed from the end myself. Just a preference, and i have done it both ways before. Depends on which was it is easier to do the plumbing

no bigge Bob, after all our talks and a few with Dub i'm pretty much up to speed with the engines now.
the BSE 50 ran just like you said, and now that i got my 56LX, i'm set for the 2 Patriots i'm building and the RNV worked much better mounted off the engine. i have it mounted now in the fuse so it will hookup like you describe with the fittings that is 90* to the needle feeding the carb.
