Discharge 1 cell of a 3c lipo?
I have a esky 11.1v 1800 mah 20c lipo. I put it in my helicopter, and my esc went crazy, so I checked the beeps, and turns out its either over, or under voltage. So I whipped out my multimeter and checked each cell on the balance plug, 1 cell appears to be at 8.3 volts, while the other 2 appear to be at 4.3 volts. Is there any way to just discharge that 1 cell? All I have is the esky 2 & 3 cell 7.4v and 11.1v balancer charger.

I think you're probably reading it wrong. It sounds like you're getting 1 cell and the 2 cells added together. Are you reading them like this?
First set of pins at - (pin 1 and 2) is cell #1
then move BOTH leads to read pin 2 and 3 for cell 2
then move BOTH leads to read pin 3 and 4 for cell 3
I'm gonna guess that you need to charge 1 cell a bit more to match the other two at 4.3 volts.

ahh...ok..thanks..all 3 cells are reading 4.29volt so I just need to discharge the whole battery, instead of 1 cell..thanks again
