I have a nice 12 volt 2000 ma wall charger, that's 2 Amps can I use this with a turngey 420 or other charger if I keep the charger rate 2 amps or less to charge lipos at 1 C

Charging at 2A requires a power supply that can provide more than 2A. That's because no charger is 100% efficient.

You might be able to charge at 1A, though even that would surprise me.
