Angry Thunder power 610C charger AC/DC

Hi
the problem I have is the 610c charger will not charge my NiMH batteries in my transmitter or receiver packs
i have tried charging two different transmitters both have 9.6v packs, the charger tells me Voltage error/wrong polarity.
Used my old Swallow charger no problems, any ideas?
PS tried a second 610c charger from a friend and same message and will not charge.
thanks
Paul

How are you connecting the charger to the battery. Sounds like you have a polarity problem.
