Do you want good quality or cheapest? Rarely will you get both, but Hobbyking really is about the best place to get both in equal quantities. If you use paypal to pay and order only from the US warehouse then you usually don't have an issue. All of them come from China so it really boils down to how much you are willing to pay. The Nano Techs from HK are a good value in my book. Try here for starters http://www.gensaceusa.com/

I have bought a number of GForce batteries from Value Hobby: http://www.valuehobby.com/power-systems/batteries.html So far, I have been happy with the balance between quality and cost for these.
Also, watch for sales on Gens Ace batteries at HobbyPartz: http://www.hobbypartz.com/gensacelipo.html I have a few of these too and have no complaints and they do run specials from time to time.
I have heard many horror stories about Hobby King, but I have never had a problem with them myself. In fact my oldest batteries are a set of Rhinos I bought from Hobby King 5 years ago that I still use every season. The most expensive batteries I ever bought were a set of Thunder Power packs I bought at my LHS, one of those puffed after only two seasons of fairly gentle use.

I have a related question. I'm new to electrics and went to HK to look for a replacement battery. Found one that seemed suitable at a good price (Maybe too good?)...anyway, as I was about the check out, I saw that they were charging $20 to ship a $14 battery. Didn't seem right so I backed out!
What am I missing?
This battery http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=10290 and I need it for my 'Airfield'/FMS 1100mm Hellcat.

Shipping LiPo batteries is a nightmare.
Many carriers will not and even those that do require special packaging and labelling.
If you can buy them from a supplier in your country the shipping will be more reasonable particularly if you buy several batteries at the same time.

Thanks for the reply Quorneng, I did find what I needed at Hobby Express and shipping was only 3 bucks. I got it in 3 days. http://www.hobbyexpress.com/scart/pu...p=3&detailed=1
