new elect. guy question

can i charge a li poly 3 cell 2100 ma up to full charge with a 3 cell 1500ma charger the charger is a li poly 1500 charger

Yes, it will simply take a bit longer - in fact ~ 2100/1500 [= 1.4] times as long.
