How do I charge a single 40mAh Li-poly cell?
Another question.... How do I charge a single 40mAh Li-poly cell with my Triton charger? The specs for the battery say that the maximum charge current is 1C or 40mA (0.04 amps). However, the smallest current my Triton will supply (I think) is 0.1 amp. So what do I do?

The only thing I can think of besides getting a new charger is. If you have three of them you could charge them in parallel. They would have to be at about the same voltage though, or you could fry one of them. I know its not a very fun solution, but its all I can think of.
