Help - New 2Cell 2100 Thunder Power 2V
I bought a Thunder Power 2Cell 2100 mah LiPo battery and the instructions say to check voltage before charging. Well its 2 volts which is below the 7.6 V its suppose to be. So, now what. I also bought the Apache 2500 Li-Poly Smart Charger.
