I've purchased this charger too, but have yet to use it. After doing reasearch on which chrager had the best features, and offered the greatest value for the money, this was my choice. It was favorably reviewed in several magazines. I particularly liked the fact that the current is infinitely adjustable, and you're not locked into pre-set values as in many of the other chargers - some of which lack exactly the rate I wanted - 1.5 amps for 1500 mah packs. It seems like a well built piece of equipment. The Germans know quality.

Update: I've been using mine and it works great. A top notch piece of equipment.
