Default 7 cell 1100 Mah pack -which plane/motor

Hi there, a friend of mine just gave a me a new 8.4 volt 7 cell 1100 mah pack, as he got out of the hobby. Which plane can I use with this pack and which basic can motor does it need to have decent power.
I fly glow so do not know much about elecs.
He told me it is a bit heavy for most aerobatic planes. Can I use it in GWS Formosa or Zero with their standard motors?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Default RE: 7 cell 1100 Mah pack -which plane/motor

that kind of battery works great for something like an aerobird, or a t-hawk. Maybe even for a flying wing. it would be great on a GWS slow stick too, but dont even bother with the formosa or any of the warbirds. those planes Wont fly well on their standard motors (dissapointing cause a lot of people get discouraged by this, I almost swore off electrics) And lithium batteries are nessessary to keep the weight down.
