Default 12 volt from 120.. who has done it?

does anyone have any instructions on how to convert a pc power supply so that you can run a 12v charger inside off of 120? I have heard of it done.. and I am looking for a way to save the trouble of lugging a 12v cell inside when I want to charge lipos. And I dont really want to spend the 100+ on a fabricated one if I can make it myself... any info would be appreciated.
