Here comes everyones favorite answer

wait

it depends

seriously a 2 cell lipo is 7.4v and a 3 cell is 11.1
so it depends On the motor and the esc...
will it still fly with less voltage to your liking...
will the increase in voltage fry the motor....

what kind of setup is it??
