the esc takes 16 amps can i use lipo packs if yes what volts and amps on a brushed motor!

I would suggest no more then a 2s2000pack, 10c, Unless the motor is rated for 12 volts or more.

i maidened today it flys on a 8 cell 1200ma pack. rolls are rapid. it v tail looks cool in the air no issues. It is unpainted foam Iw will leave as is. flew my 1:5 gas p-40 A ND P-47 TODAY NICE DAY TODAY NO CRASHES OR FIXES. brought those home then took out my electric fleet! I had my batt pack fall out of ther stryker. it went end over end and made a nice soft landing. found the pack its ok too!
