Default Falcon batteries and balancing

Hello,

I'm new to this idear of balancing but after loosing three lipos in one month (each a year old) I decided to give it a try. I bought two new thunder power 1320's with the connectors on them and I picked up a falcon batteries 1600 (all 3cells) too. I also purchased a thunder power balancer.

Question...

Can I make a jumper to go from the falcon batteries 1600 to the thunder power balancer? The connectors are not the same. I do have an extra thunder power connector so I was thinking of soldering that on but I wasn't sure on the wiring of the falcon batteries compared to the thunder power.
