Different out puts for AC-dc chargers
I purchased a 959 mrc brain charger when I read the instructions, at the very bottom, it stated that on 8 cell packs with the AC plug ,it may not peak fully yet on A car battery its OK, why is it opposite of what you would think>?

RE: Different out puts for AC-dc chargers
The ac power supply in the 959 is lower voltage than a car (running) battery. The higher voltage will deliver more current to the high volt batteries.
A low voltage ps (like 12 or less) will deliver less current than a higher voltage one (like 14 ) It only shows uip on 7 cells or more.
