what LiPo is best
I have no idea what LiPo battery i should use. I dont know what is the ideal Voltage and mAH for a ESC300Li (8A) w/ a 350 motor. Will the ESC blow if i throw in a 7.4 volt 2200mAH bat pack. i just want to make shure i dont overheat things before i convert to LiPo. I am really distressed because i have no idea. thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: what LiPo is best
Hi,
a 7.4 volt 2200mAH battery pack would be ok, and won't do any harm to your esc, but your esc may do some harm to the battery - if it is not a lipo compatable esc.
- This means that the esc will let the battery discharge too much before cutting power to the motor.
I don't know any details of your esc, but chances are that you will have to buy a new one that is suitable for lipos, or buy a lipo saver, that gives a visual or audible warning to tell you when to land, so you don't do permanant damage to your lipo.
Cheers, Craig. [sm=thumbup.gif]
