Default Advice on a Charger?

I'm looking for a second charger that will charge at least 2 batteries at once, and balance 3s lipos, AND have a Thunderpower adapter for the balance plug, and is AC/DC. Can't seem to find one that does all this. Any suggestions?
I have the Accu Elite dual charger, and love it, but it doesn't balance, and I now have a collection of batteries I need to charge.

Yeah, I'm looking at that, but I still need another charger. Right now I can only charge 2 at one time, and I'd like to get another dual charger.

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXKAU0&P=0 Only one I have seen that does four batteries. All LiPo, not NiMh or NiCd.

Then just get the Blinky and the appropriate adapter
