Default lipo safe lowest voltage ?

I am wondering what is the lowest safe low voltage for a 11.1 2100mah 3C battery without causing damage to the battery? I have bought a battery alarm for my T-Rex heli. I have the low voltage cut-off on my ESC turned off and I want to set the low battery alarm for the lowest safe voltage without damaging the lipo pack. What is a safe setting on a 11.1 pack?

The lowest you should go is 3.0 volts per cell. So on a 3 cell 11.1 volt pack, you should set it at 9.0 volts.
