Default Apache 2030 question, any owners please read.

I just received my lipo battery and noticed something odd when charging on my Apache 2030.

The charge/err led stays lit solid right up until the green complete led comes on. When the green led comes on to denote %80 complete the red charge/err led starts to flash. If I unplug the battery and plug it back in to the charger the red charge/err ledstays off and the green complete led is lit. All settings are correct; 2 cell@1200mAh. My batt is a 2S2P 2200mAh max amps battery.

This didn't happen when charging my NIMH packs. The Green led would come on and the red led stays on and eventually turns off leaving only the green led on.

Here is an excerpt from the manual:
2. LED Display
POWER LED(Left side)
* Green LED On : Power On(12V)
* Reverse Polarity of In Put Voltage : Red LED "Flashes"
Cell Selection LED(Right Side)
* Li-Poly 1-2cell : Red LED ON.
* Li-Poly 3Cell : Yellow LED ON.
* Ni-CD, Ni-MH : Green LED ON.
Charging Mode Display(Middle LED)
* Charging Mode : Red LED ON.
* Reverse Polarity of out put source : Red LED "Flashes".
* Short Circuit of out put tab : Red LED "Flashes"
(The result may destroy battery only)
* Incorrect Cell Count Set : Red LED "Off"(over 4 cell)
* Incorrect Cell Voltage Set : Red LED "Off".
* 80% Complete charging : Red LED & Green LED "On"
(It will be worked, when you are charging Li-Poly Battery only.)
* Completed Charging : Green LED "On"

The only two instances for the red led to flash are not happening. Polarity is correct and I'm fairly certain no short is occurring. I notice the line; "It will be worked, when you are charging Li-Poly Battery only." I'm not sure what that engrish means.

If anybody has this charger what does it do for you?
