EMAN EX-RCLP208 Charger
I just received an ARF plane with a three cell LiPo battery and a EMAX EX-RCLP208 balance charger. All the chargers I've used before were either AC types or cigarette lighter types. This one has alligator clips on the input end and state that the input is 11-14V, 1A. What to you all use as the input source for this? Clip it right onto a car battery? Cigarette lights plug? Dedicated battery? Thanks for the help.

You can use your car battery when out flying, be sure it will start before the last guy leaves. At home you can use a 12 v battery if you must. You can not hook up to a car battery charger and run off that. Eventually, you need to by a 120v house current converter available at your local Radio Shack for around $75.00. There are cheeper and better available but gonna have to do your own research there. ENJOY
