The Triton was way ahead of it's time when it came out. The Triton2 is an improvement, but most everyone now wants a charger with built in balancer. Tritons are still good deals, as are the Ice and MRC chargers. It all dpends on how much power and what features/specs you want.

There are many that are 4S capable and it might even be difficult to find a "bad" charger nowadays.

If you only want to go up to 4S, you may want to look at the Cellpro 4S charger from FMA, I have one and I think it is a very good charger which balances as it charges and has an automatic mode which works very well.

The 610c balances as long as you hook up the the
balancing plug to the charger.

It comes with a conector that plugs into the charger. The conector has inputs for the various lipo batts(2s-6s). The battery should come with balance plug. You will have to buy the charge lead. I just ordered a 4mm banana jack with deans male from tower hobbies. I think it was like 7 bucks.
