Wiring in LiPo's in series to get bigger packs
Are there any pics of how to do this? I am a little confused on this. There are 2 wires from each pack, do you go hot wire off 1st pack to motor(red) and black or common from motor to other pack, and the hot (red) from second pack to black on first pack?
thanks in advance

If I understood your post:YES. To connect 2 packs (they should be identical) in series connect the red wire from one to the black wire from the second (you can do this for any reasonable number of packs). the remaining red and black leads connect to the ESC in the usual way.
After losing one cell in a $300 ten cell pack and being unable to save it, I rarely buy packs larger than 4 cells. If I need more, I put them in series.

This shows 2 - 5S packs put together, but the concept is the same for any size.

RE: Wiring in LiPo's in series to get bigger packs
It all depends on whether you want to increase your capacity or increase the voltage. Running packs in series compounds the voltage, but capacity stays the same.
Running packs parallel will increase capacity, but voltage stays the same.
For example, let's say you have 2 2200ma 3S packs. In series, you now have 1 22.2 volt 2200ma pack.
If you ran them parallel, you now have 1 11.1 volt 4400ma pack.
To run packs in series, you take the red wire from one pack, connect it to the black wire of the second pack. you should then be left with a red wire on 1 pack, and a black wire on the second pack. These two wires now become your battery wires to the ESC.
To run packs paralled, red to red, black to black. These are now your battery to ESC wires.
Hope this helps.

the Hacker motor I am told was on the Inspire 60 Ihave now had a 6S 3700 pack, I was going to run 2 3S packs instead, so series is the right way to go corect?
