Hi, I was wondering how to balance my 3s battery pack. Even when i plug it into my charger, the cells won't balance properly and there is over a .20 v difference between teh cells. The charger is a balancing charger so I'm assuming that maybe the battery is too far off balance. How would i go about balancing them? BTW, the Vs of the individual cells are as follows: 4.19;3.91;4.22

Perhaps you are pulling the battery from the charger before it is finished?  Perhaps it's time to consider buying a higher end charger?  My charger (ICharger) balances them until they are equal.

I think the battery is bad and a new charger isn't going to fix your problem. When I have had a battery with a low cell more than .2 v Even charging the cell it still returned to the same problem after the next time I used.

hm, maybe i'll try and exchange it. Would you know if valuehobby has good customer service? I purchased this battery from them cuase they were cheap, but from their website, it seems that their customer service and return policy is lacking...
