Default Removing 120sr body mounts

Is there a way to remove the body mounts from the 120sr without ruining them? They fit very tightly, but using anything to apply pressure to get them out quickly crushes them.

Is there something I should know, or is this a part that you just can't remove and reinsert?

Thanks,

Ben

Push, don't pull! Use something to tap one end inward till it's flush with frame, then use a small puch to finsh the job.

Yes, thanks, that is good advice. I crushed my old one trying to pull it out. The replacement part was not as tight, by the way. Snug, but movable.
